You’re more than an employee…you’re the backbone of our organization.   Human Resources Generalist   We’re currently seeking a motivated human resources professional to lead hiring initiatives and provide policy guidance for our fast-moving office in Earth City, MO. This position is responsible for the continuous recruiting of new employees for a high-volume, fast-paced call center.  Other responsibilities include facilitating new hire orientation and paperwork and handling of various administrative, employee relations issues. The selected individual will enjoy working directly with leadership to enhance site performance, be motivated to succeed in a demanding work environment and will be dedicated to the highest level of customer service.  Successful candidates must exhibit a high attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills, strict adherence to company policy and procedures and an unwavering commitment to quality work.
Qualifications:	- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, human resources management, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. - Minimum two years human resources experience with an emphasis on recruiting and employee relations required. Previous experience dealing with management from first line supervisors through middle managers preferred. - Knowledge of Suite of office software packages. - Knowledge of local, state and federal/national Human Resource law based on the jurisdiction where the facility is located.
