Lead the planning and delivery of various HR programs and services to a designated business unit. Provide coaching and consultative human resources support to business groups on all aspects of HR policies and procedures, strategic initiatives, employee relations issues, staffing and employment, performance management, and training development and facilitation. Serve as a strategic partner to assigned divisions. Special projects as assigned. | |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
Master's degree preferred
Certification a plus (i.e., (PHR / SPHR)
5-7 years demonstrated HR generalist experience
Knowledge of current employment law, worker¿s compensation, ADA, EEOC, and FMLA is necessary.
Good judgment with strong analytical, problem solving skills and follow through skills are essential.
The ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and keep issues confidential is critical to this position.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly to fit the needs of the organization.
MS office proficiency and strong oral and written communication skills are required.
