Join us for a look into a story of unparalleled organizational change and transformation as the St. Louis Rams moved back to LA to become the Los Angeles Rams. Jodie Cunningham, former Director of Employee Experience for the St. Louis Rams/Los Angeles Rams, will share that story and the lessons learned along the way in the areas of effective communication, downsizing and layoffs, strategic workforce planning and transition leadership.

About Our Speaker
Jodie is a former Human Resources executive with over 20 years experience. She specializes in workforce analytics that help organizations get the right people in the right jobs and grow their exceptional talent.
Jodie got her start in the hospitality industry, spending the majority of her career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. She then transitioned into professional sports as Director of Employee Experience with the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams NFL franchise.
Jodie received her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and holds a master's degree in Organizational Management as well as being SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
