BOA Rewards Strategy Leader
The firm's nearly 14,000 Branch Office Administrators (BOA) support our financial advisors in delivering an ideal client experience. The BOA Talent Strategy area is focused on attracting and retaining quality BOA.  The department includes BOA Talent Acquisition and BOA Rewards. 
The BOA Rewards Strategy Leader is responsible for leading the strategic direction of developing and aligning rewards and recognition that reinforce the right work and behavior.  This position is also responsible for leading our BOA Programs Team that manages our recognition programs to enhance engagement and influence performance.  The successful candidate for this role has exhibited effective thought leadership, ability to collaborate across the organization with key stakeholders and influence without authority to drive results. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating current BOA rewards programs to ensure they are driving the right work and behavior and are what the BOAs value most
  • Develop the strategic direction of our BOA rewards programs and align with the evolving BOA role
  • Ensuring clear integration of BOA Rewards with other firm strategic and operational initiatives
  • Leading and developing a team (or teams) of associates for enhanced contribution to strategic work
  • Influencing without authority over functional areas and other key initiatives that directly tie to results

Requirements Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5 or more years relevant work experience and 2+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Understanding of the rewards and recognition programs
  • Ability to lead and develop associates
  • Excellent people management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to set priorities
  • Effective delegator with ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of change leadership, systems thinking, and integration
