Mission
The mission of HRMA is to foster the professional development of our membership, to be a forum for the exchange of ideas, and to provide for the creative leadership and effective management of people, in order to add value to the organizations they represent and the community at large.
We realize that now more than ever, building networks and enhancing your professional development is critical to your success. HRMA is dedicated to providing exceptional value for your membership dues. Membership in HRMA features many benefits including:
Monthly Meetings
- We typically meet the third Wednesday of the month September through May, excluding December at the Renaissance Hotel St. Louis Airport for either a breakfast or dinner program.
- Most programs qualify for HRCI credit.
- Meeting fees are included in your membership dues. This is a value of $35 for breakfast and $60 for dinner.
Networking/Educational Events
- HRMA offers several social events allowing HR professionals an opportunity to network in a more casual environment, including happy hours, an annual picnic, new member functions, and more.
- HRMA presents 3-5 symposiums annual featuring smaller, more interactive sessions facilitated by a speaker focusing discussion on timely HR topics.
