Bring a Guest for Free!
Do you have a peer who would like to visit HRMA before deciding to join? We're now making it even easier for members to invite a guest to an HRMA monthly program event. Up to 5 "Free Passes" will be available for each regular monthly program to allow HRMA members an opportunity to bring a guest to check us out! The free pass includes admittance to the pre-dinner seminar and dinner presentation.
To be "eligible" to receive a free pass to one HRMA regular monthly program the prospective guest:
- Must not have visited for free or paid for a guest pass in the past
- Must be invited by an active HRMA member
- Must be interested in joining HRMA and is requesting to attend to "test drive" the program/organization on a specific date
- Must be accompanied by the referring member at the designated meeting and wear a guest name tag
HRMA members interested in bringing a guest for free should contact Robb Lax, VP of Membership (636-946-5888) to discuss the request and to confirm the potential candidate meets the program's eligibility criteria.
Free passes are limited! Unable to obtain a free pass for your guest? Your guest can still take advantage of our "guest" rate of $50 per event. RSVP HRMA at 314-892-7994.
HRMA Member Referral Rewards Program!
Who else is better able to refer prospective HR professionals to HRMA than our members? Refer a new member and earn entry into a drawing for a year end gift of up to $300 in value!
The program will be in effect March 1, 2007 through the April 30, 2008. To be "eligible" to participate in the HRMA Member Referral Rewards program:
- The HRMA member who makes the referral must be an active member at the time the referral completes a Member Application and at the time of the year end drawing
- The referral must indicate the HRMA member referred them in the "Referred By" section of the Member Application on applications submitted on or after March 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008
- Member renewals are ineligible; the referred applicant must not have been a member in the fiscal year immediately preceding the new application
- The referred applicant must be an active member at the time of the year end drawing for the HRMA member to be eligible
- HRMA members are eligible for one chance in the drawing for each qualified referral who becomes a member. The HRMA member does not have to be present at the time of the drawing
The drawing will be held at the program meeting in May 2008
