HRMA of Greater St. Louis, an affiliated chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management, provides a collegial forum to discuss strategic business issues and practices that imact human resource leaders in the St. Louis region. Our professional development offerings focus on the broad spectrum of human resource management, including succession and workforce planning, legal compliance, technology, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and engagement, diversity and inclusion...just to name a few.

Our programs are offered through a variety of delivery mechanisms including:

  • Monthly Meetings - Held seven times per year, usually on the third Wednesday of the month, and alternate between breakfast and dinner meetings. The average attendance for a monthly meetings is more than 200 HR professionals, in addition to others interested in relevant HR networking opportunities.
  • Summer Symposium Series - Morning sessions held in June, July and August. The average attendance for the Summer Symposium is more than 100 HR professionials.
  • Leadership Conference - A full-day conference with Keynote Speakers, four educational tracks with three sessions each, as well as a robust Business Partner Expo.
We invite you to submit a proposal to speak at one of our meetings. Our members respond well to interactive, content-rich programs geared to the advanced professional. Key industries represented by our membership include Professional/Business Servies, Manufacturing, Financial, Education, and Healthcare.
