The Package Deal
- Full Page Ad in Roster
- One insert in a tri-annual program announcement mailing (either September, January or April coordinated through HRMA's commercial printer)

Roster Advertising
Advertising in the roster is available in two
different sizes:
Member Non-Member Full-Page $450 $550 Half-Page $250 $350
- Company logo will be included with the program announcement in the roster, monthly newsletter, website and program announcment mailer (flyer or postcard as appropriate).
- A display table will be provide for your company's promotional material during the networking portion of the meeting.
- An acknowledgement and thanks to your company from the podium during the announcements.
- One meeting reservation. Additional colleagues from the sponsoring firm may attend at the guest rate.
- You have the option to purchase drink tickets (at dinner meetings) to distribute to people who come up to your display table.
HRMA will be mailing program announcements in September, January and April. There will be three insert opportunities per mailing.
