Danielle Spieckerman, SHRM-SCP
has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise across multiple functional areas including: talent management, leadership and staff development, employee relations and engagement, change management, diversity and inclusion and continuous quality improvement. In her current role, Danielle serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to executive leadership in resolving workforce challenges, building talent pipelines and driving organizational effectiveness.
A SHRM advocate, Danielle has demonstrated her passion for advancing the HR profession within the community by serving in numerous volunteer leader roles throughout her career. She is a past president for HRMA and currently serves as the Eastern District Director for the Missouri State Council of SHRM. Additionally, Danielle teaches graduate courses in human resources at Webster University and serves on the Workforce Advisory Committee for the Missouri Hospital Association. Danielle holds a MA in HR Management from Webster University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
has been a Human Resources professional since 1997. She has worked as a specialist and a generalist across many functional areas within human resources. Her industry experience is broad, having spent years in the financial and insurance sector, manufacturing, mining, health care, and specialty construction. Her expertise and greatest fulfillment comes from partnering with her clients to improve individual and organizational performance through needs assessment, strategic planning, team building and developmental coaching. Bridget holds a BA from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, and a MA in HR Management from Webster University. She is also a certified practitioner in Myers Briggs© Type Indicator, DiSC© for the Workplace, and Prosci ADKAR Change Management.
